Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on a few different variables, including where you live, and how fast a delivery you need, so there is no single answer that will necessarily apply in your case. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Q: Where do your products ship from?
We have access to a variety of shipping and manufacturing centers based in the US and the UK. Production is automatically routed to whichever facility is closest to you, so you can get your order as quickly as possible.
Q: Where do your products ship to?
We are, at this time, only able to ship our products to the following countries: The United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Japan, Sweden, Ireland, New Zealand, Czechia, Slovenia, Austria, and Israel. Some products, however, can only be shipped to the United States. To keep things simple, we have made products invisible where they are unavailable, so what you can see is what you can buy.
Q: How soon will I get my delivery?
Please read the bold text below this answer for updates relating to Covid-19, as these may negate or alter the information contained therein.
This is determined by production time and shipping speed. Our prints are manufactured on demand, so please keep in mind that your items will need to be produced before they ship. This typically takes about three to four business days. The other variable is whether you pay for standard, express, or overnight shipping. For orders that need to be delivered by a specific time, we recommend ordering two weeks in advance.
IMPORTANT!! Due to Covid-19, standard flat rate is the only available shipping option at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Also, as of June 8, 2020, fulfillment of wall art in the US is delayed to 8-12 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: Are there any deadlines for holiday shopping I should be aware of?
While there aren't any deadlines that we know of, we recommend buying as early as possible to ensure that your order is delivered by December 25. While there is no hard and fast rule, we suggest you order no later than December 10-12, if at all possible. Also, please keep in mind that you have the option to pay for express or overnight shipping should you need it.
Q: I'm in checkout, and I can't select a shipping method. Why?
The short answer is that the product or products you are attempting to buy are not available in your country.
The long answer is that some of our products are only available in the United States. Even products available outside the United States are not available worldwide. Our products are not available in any other country besides the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Japan, Sweden, Ireland, New Zealand, Czechia, Slovenia, Austria, and Israel. We hope to expand to other countries in the not-too-distant future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: How can I track my package?
When you receive your shipping confirmation from us, you'll have the option to view your order. Just below the map displayed on the order page, you'll see the option to track your order.
Q: You don't offer food or travel posters. Why?
There are plenty of places online where you can find vintage travel posters and food posters, but, given their broad availability, we just weren't interested in being yet another vintage travel and food poster store. We wanted to offer something different and carve out our own niche in the vintage art market. Some of the graphics we offer might be tangentially related to food or travel, without being just another poster that you can find everywhere else. However, our main focus is on book illustration, magazine art and advertising, sheet music covers, etc. So, for example, if you love books or music, we have lots of art to choose from that fits those categories. Or if you just want something different from what can already be found.

All of our museum-quality prints are made on thick and durable matte paper. Here are some additional specifications you may find helpful:

Q: What about sizes?
For your convenience, all of our prints are produced in standard sizes, ranging from 8x10 to 18x24, (although the sizes offered per print vary.) This means that you can easily find a suitable frame for your print.

Q: What is your refund policy?
We go above and beyond for our customers, which means, (among many other things,) that we will give you a refund within 60 days if you are dissatisfied with the product.

Q: Why can't I pay through your main payment processing system?
This is because our main system only supports the US Dollar, the Australian Dollar, the British Pound, the Canadian Dollar, the Danish Krone, the Euro, the Japanese Yen, the New Zealand Dollar, and the Swedish Krona. However, you can still pay through PayPal checkout. You will need a PayPal account to do so.
Q: Do you sell wholesale prints?
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale prints at this time.
